March 9 meetup

On March 9 we’ll be joining with members of the Shadow Hills Nature Journal Club at Sepulveda Basin Wildlife Preserve, a 200-acre wetland in the east San Fernando Valley. Because this is a birding hotspot—bring your binoculars!—we’re going to meet in the morning, starting at 9:30am. We'll finish up with our usual shared lunch. (As always, if you prefer not to share food for any reason at all, just bring your own to eat. The camaraderie of eating together and chatting about our nature observations is what it’s all about!)
